I have entered the web address on my ticket, and I am unable to get to the site!

If you are unable to access the website printed on the ticket you may visit our main consumer site at, http://www.Photogra.com. Towards the bottom of the page you will see the following text"Event Photos". Click on the bold text that says "Click here to find your event, theme park, or tourist attraction photo". On the following page you will see a listing of states. Scroll down to the state the venue took place and select the location you visited. You will be re-directed to the location website where your id and date will be necessary to view your photo.
