Orders for photo prints are sent to our processing center, the same day or the following business day. Generally, photo print orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, if your order is placed on a weekend, it will not be processed until the upcomming business day.
Depending on the shipping option you selected at the time of your order, you should expect to receive your photos within 7 to 14 business days.
Please note: Orders containing products such as, mouse-pads,T-shirts,mugs, keychains, and other gift items are custom made, will take at least 3 business days to manufacture and will ship seperately.
If it has passed 14 business days, and you have not received your order, click here and include your order number with your message.
